Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update.
In light of the recent news, we thought it may be a good opportunity to give you an update on our strategy and what we may be able to do for you.
At AztecMedia we're closely following the impact that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our local communities and the small businesses within them and we understand that many of you will be experiencing new and unexpected challenges during this difficult time. Please be assured that we're committed to providing you with as much support as possible in this period of uncertainty.
So what is AztecMedia doing?
We take the health and well being of our staff seriously and, as such, the majority of us are now working from home so that we can continue to support you. All of the staff will be contactable via email including Sheila who will be dealing with the accounts on a part-time basis. Mike will be taking calls on 07778 451500 and our usual office number will forward to Mike.
This means no change to our customer service operations. If you need support with your online presence, we are ready to assist you.
Although we expect minimal change to the level of service you receive from us, please do bear with us as we settle into our new working environments. We are confident that there will be little if any, disruption to the services AztecMedia offer but we'll continue to actively monitor the situation and inform you of any changes or new development if they arise.
